Restrepo made the roster, not the leap.

Tennessee’s Aug. 25 camp notes gave Xavier Restrepo a productive day, including three catches, and the current roster lists him active after last year’s practice-squad work. The unofficial depth chart still places him behind Calvin Ridley and Elic Ayomanor, with Restrepo competing in the next cluster rather than owning a starting role. That makes the roster win useful for taxi and deep-bench managers but does not support chasing a sudden target spike. His market is already above the fringe and pro interest has stayed cold, so hold only when roster space is cheap.
