How to read it
Market fairness is not roster fit.
The public calculator answers a narrow, useful question: are these players close in general dynasty market value? It adjusts packages because one elite starter is usually more useful than several smaller assets with the same raw total.
Use the public result to reject obviously lopsided offers and estimate what a side needs to add.
Then add league context: starting requirements, scoring premiums, contender windows, positional scarcity, and which managers actually need the players.
