Hutchinson is Houston’s clearest beneficiary.

Hutchinson already led the non-Collins Texans wideouts with 44 snaps and six targets in Week 1, catching three passes for 32 yards. Collins’ hamstring testing could push that role toward a near-every-down workload, and Hutchinson has the coaching-staff trust that keeps Boutte and Noel from becoming automatic replacements. The caution is that his efficiency and dynasty track record remain thin; a larger route share does not guarantee a breakout. He is the better short-term add than the other backups, but trade for him only as a low-cost role bet until he converts volume into production.
