Jalen Hurts opened Philadelphia’s 24-22 win over Washington with 203 passing yards, three touchdowns and 46 rushing yards on seven carries. The new offense produced explosive plays, but Dallas Goedert scored twice and Dontayvion Wicks scored once, so the passing volume was useful without becoming concentrated in one receiver. Hurts still converted pressure into scrambles and looked quicker on film, while the Eagles’ official recap shows no sign of a role reduction. Qualified-manager interest has cooled sharply despite the strong opener, making him more attractive to acquire than sell if the rushing workload remains intact; do not chase a premium that assumes every week becomes a three-touchdown passing game.
