Ravens rookies are fighting for targets.

Ravens coach Jesse Minter said Ja’Kobi Lane and Elijah Sarratt could see major opportunities, but early camp reporting has Lane working almost exclusively with Zay Flowers and Rashod Bateman while Sarratt has not been prominent in the first-team notes. Baltimore's official camp preview still lists both rookies in the immediate-playing-time competition, and its minicamp report said at least one should have a major role. That leaves Sarratt's path open but his early depth-chart signal weaker than Lane's. At a cheap cost, he is a sensible stash rather than a player to pay up for; a first-team rep surge or preseason target concentration would change that.
