Three-way trades tend to stall in the group chat. One manager sees a clean upgrade. Another sees two outgoing players and cannot tell which return came from which roster. The third manager likes the idea but needs a small value adjustment before accepting.
A two-column calculator cannot show that deal. It drops the routes between the two trade partners who are not you, then gives you one fairness result for a trade that contains three separate decisions.
Dynasty Dealmaker now keeps the whole transaction together. Every asset has a sending roster and a destination. Every manager sees the complete package they give and receive.
One deal, three decisions
Fair means fair for all three teams
The calculator runs one package check from each roster's point of view. It compares everything that team sends with the full return it receives from either partner.
Team A gives vs. Team A gets
A separate value and package-shape evaluation.
Team B gives vs. Team B gets
A separate value and package-shape evaluation.
Team C gives vs. Team C gets
A separate value and package-shape evaluation.

Use 3-way trades across the app
The same routed trade model powers the calculator, generator, agent chat, saved trades, and shared links.
Turn on 3-team mode
Open the trade calculator and switch on 3-team mode. Choose three rosters, add the assets each manager sends, then set a destination for every player or pick.
Generate a complete deal
Check 3-team trade in the trade generator. The generator chooses two partners, builds the full route, and keeps revising until all three fairness checks pass.
Ask the agent
Tell the Dynasty Dealmaker agent what your roster needs and ask for a 3-way trade. The agent keeps every route visible and explains the reason each manager would say yes.

A good three-way pitch starts with the stuck manager
Most three-way deals exist because a direct trade lacks one piece. Your target manager may want a quarterback you do not have. A third roster may want your wide receiver and hold the quarterback that closes the first deal.
Start with that missing connection. Route the key player first, then balance each roster's complete package. The three fairness bars show which manager needs the next adjustment.
Keep the first version small. Clean routes make the offer easier to explain in Sleeper, and managers can see their own decision without decoding the other two sides.
Three-team trade questions
Does Sleeper support three-team dynasty trades?
Yes. Sleeper supports trades between three teams. Dynasty Dealmaker now gives those deals a dedicated calculator mode, trade generation, and agent support.
How does Dynasty Dealmaker calculate a fair three-team trade?
Dynasty Dealmaker runs a separate package check for each roster. It compares everything one team sends with everything that team receives, including assets from both trade partners. The full deal passes only when all three checks pass.
Did the normal two-team calculator change?
No. Two-team trades keep the same calculator and display. Three-team support stays behind an optional mode so the common workflow remains fast and familiar.
Can the AI trade generator create three-team trades?
Yes. Select the 3-team trade checkbox before generating. You can also choose a required trade partner, and the generator will include that roster in the deal.
